Design and Build: Glastic vs Glass Body

Starting with the design, the Samsung Galaxy S10e is a much better option than the Galaxy S10 Lite. It comes with a 3D curved glass as a rear panel and features a reverse wireless charging feature. Also, you will get to see a capacitive fingerprint scanner placed on the power button.

Talking about the front panel of S10e, you get to see a punch-hole camera setting at the top right corner of the display. Also, the coolest part of the device is that it is IP68 rated and comes with Stereo speakers.

On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite lacks a few features. Like there is no 3D curved glass. Instead, it comes with a material called Glastic, which is a combination of plastic and glass. Also, it lacks wireless charging and lacks a waterproofing feature.

However, the cool part is that you are getting an in-display fingerprint scanner on the front panel. The punch-hole camera setup is sitting at the top center of the display.

Talking about the rear camera setup, the Galaxy S10e sports a horizontal dual camera setup. In comparison, the Galaxy S10 Lite houses a rectangular triple camera setup. The design is pretty similar to the Google Pixel 4 design.

You will also get to see a difference between the sizes of both of the devices. The Galaxy S10e is about 142.2 x 69.9 x 7.9 mm in size. While the S10 Lite measures about 162.50 x 75.60 x 8.10mm.

Another small difference is that the S10e comes with a 3.55mm jack while the other one does not.

Display: Similar Panels

When it comes to displaying, both of the smartphones have the same panel. However, on one side the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite comes with a 6.7-inch Infinity-O Super AMOLED display. Also, it sports a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

On the other hand, the Galaxy S10e has a small screen size of Super AMOLED 5.8 inches and comes with a resolution of 2280 x 1080p pixels and a 19.9 aspect ratio.

However, the S10e has a bit sharper display, thanks to the 438ppi while the S10 Lite has a pixel density of 394 pixels.

Performance: Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 vs Exynos 9820

When it comes to performance, Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite is quite more powerful than the Galaxy S10e. Thanks to the 7 nm-based octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Soc clocked at 2.84 GHz you are expected to get a great performance. As a result, the S10e now sports a few visual changes and performance improvements. Plus, you get access to some new features.

Cameras: 48MP Triple Array vs 12MP Dual Setup

When it comes to cameras, the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite features an all-new triple camera setup. The camera setup includes a 48MP primary shooter with f/2.0 aperture and Super Steady OIS. Along with that, it comes with a 12MP Ultra Wide sensor and a 5MP 4cm macro camera. On the front end, you are getting a 32MP lens with an f/2.2 aperture for selfies and video calls.

Also, you are getting a 16MP Ultra Wide sensor with an f/2.2 aperture. On the front panel, you are getting a 10MP Dual Pixel front camera with an f/1.9 aperture.

Although S10 Lite comes with a better resolution primary camera, it lacks pixel size. As a result, the images may not be as good as your images shot from S10e in low light conditions. But of course, it is a great device when it comes to macro photography and video stability.
